Shipping & Delivery Policy
*All orders are shipped after receiving a full payment in our account or by credit card.
*Arkcorporation.net provides *FAST and FREE COURIER SHIPPING* on
all orders to the major cities in Pakistan. No minimum purchase amount. However buyer pays an amount for handling charges(Rs.500/-).
Normally within Pakistan rugs take between 2 to 4 business days to arrive.
*Orders shipped to countries other than Pakistan will incur a shipping charge. A charge will also be added to your order for any promotional items such as a free pad, runner or scatter rug. Please check our estimate shipping charges at checkout page or contact us to find out the actual amount before placing your order.
Normally for a country abroad, courier service takes between 5 to 9 business days to deliver the order.
*Orders received before 12pm PST (Monday to Friday only) are shipped on same day.
*Please note that items ordered together may not arrive in the same package. Large items will be shipped via freight carriers. You may need help in bringing it inside the house or office. In anticipation of your delivery, we advise you that there should be someone present to receive the rugs and help the driver unload the carpet.
*Once a product has been delivered to the address provided, it becomes the customer's sole responsibility to ensure the item(s) arrive at the final destination. We urge you to thoroughly check the materials/carpets for any visible damage before signing off any paperwork. Damages must be reported to us ASAP or you can do this by simply refusing shipment.
*Please note that we cannot ship to Army Post Office (APO), Fleet Post
Office (FPO) addresses, P.O. Box Addresses, villages or to FATA.

*An order can be cancelled before its shipment. Any order can not be cancelled after it has been shipped.
Return Of Goods For International Orders
Unless there is a manufacturer fault, international order can not be returned. Buyers from other countries should consider that shipping charges are near about price of the product and in case of a return, buyer will pay the shipping charges for both sides. In such a case, shipping charges will go higher than actual paid amount.However, in case of a damaged item or manufacturing fault, product will be re-shipped or replace free of any charges.Return Of Goods For Orders Within Pakistan
Unless there is a manufacturer fault or damaged goods, a buyer within Pakistan can change or return the goods delivered with the conditions;
1- The goods/rugs are not used and returned back in original packing...and
2- The customer will pay the shipping charges of both sides.
However, the goods damaged or with manufacturing fault will be replaced with out any charges.Support
